Foundation Fitness Club was built on the belief that you don’t need a gym membership to get and stay in shape. We incorporate boxing-style training into our sessions to give you a full body workout and improve endurance.Boxing provides a great cardiovascular workout while at the same time helps with strength training and muscle tone.

Our boutique-like setting mixed with the old school feel of a boxing gym, provides a welcoming environment giving you proper instruction and attention to assure you are getting the most out of your workout!
